My Process

Building the roadmap to where you want to go.

  • Personality and habits assessment
  • Identifying goals both short term and long term
  • Aligning goals and values and assessing a process that works (Identity Dashboard)
  • Identifying 1-2 objectives to start with and analyzing strategies to achieve them, that take into account barriers that might get in the way of the desired outcome
  • Use Active Inquiry and executive functioning strategies to create action plan
  • 4-6 week progress monitoring checks on goals and progress and adjusting as needed
  • Email summary of themes, strategies and self-assigned homework between sessions will be emailed out after each session
  • Duration of coaching depends on the number of short and long-term goals, as well as the complexity of the issues
