Jane has over 12 years’ experience in managing and developing academic support programs in private schools and has coached families and students through multiple transitions and educational milestones. In addition to her leadership in education she has always sought out learning opportunities including but not limited to: The Harvard Institute: The Art of Leadership, obtaining her ICF Executive Coaching certification, The Race Institute, The Art of Coaching Teams and a variety of professional development on anxiety disorders, mindsets, and cognitive science. She has a B.S. in Psychology and Communication Studies from James Madison University and an M.A. in Special Education (K-12) from the College of William and Mary. Her previous work in public relations cultivated her networking skills, which she enjoys sharing with her clients. Her experience as an international educator helped her develop cultural competencies and her work at Sidwell Friends School Middle School in Washington, D.C gave her a unique experience with twice exceptional students.
